1. Trash the "Invoice Builder Preferences" file (it is located inside the Preferences folder, inside the System Folder).

This should take care of most problems. The following are possible solutions to other problems:
Problem: The Timer Window will not appear.
Solution: Trash the "Invoice Builder Preferences" file.
Problem: After importing old data, client information appears corrupted in the Browser window.
Solution: Quit Invoice Builder. Trash the "Client Data" file located in the same folder as this application. Drag a copy of your old Client Data file back into the same folder as this application. Give Invoice Builder more memory (at least 1 megabyte more than the size of the Client Data file). Open Invoice Builder again. Important: Be sure to backup your old data before trying to import again.
Problem: Data appears corrupted in the Client Browser Window.
Solution: Give Invoice Builder more memory.
Problem: Creating invoices doesn't work.
Solution: Be sure Microsoft Word 6.0 or higher is installed on your computer. Be sure that you edit only the included "Invoice Stationary" file. Do not create your own invoice stationary from scratch. If you are running System 7.x, be sure that the "Finder Scripting Extension" is installed.
If you have Microsoft Word 98, be sure that Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is installed (You can install it off the CD that Word came on). To test if VBA is installed correctly, open Microsoft Word, go to the Tools menu, then move to the Macros menu, then choose "Visual Basic Editor".
Finally, be sure your computer has enough RAM so that Word and Invoice Builder can run at the same time.
